i am very happy with these shears. i use them while offshore fishing to cut bait such as squid and herring. they cut through everything ive tried so far with no problems. they are safer to use than a knife. great product!

A new tool in my box; using the Marine Shears for my off-shore trips in the Pacific. Fits like a glove in my hand, just like it fits in the sheath that secures it. Easily cuts my braid, trims the skirts on my jigs & lures, and is an all-around quality shear.... Blades are rigid and are super simple to separate to clean. Worth your consideration if you're in the market for a pair - check your local retailer; worthy of the Ugly Stik name.
