    Rod Broke

    Rob broke during the first year of owning. Customer Service will not return any inquiries about a replacement.

    Horrible customer service & rod

    Rob broke during normal use. Ugly stik will not even respond to repeated warranty claim emails.

    Captain reccomended

    I have been in the charter fishing business for 43 years and the only rods that survive customer abuse are ugly sticks. The inshore select rods survive and catch fish. Captain David newlin Richmond Hill ga.
