    Fantastic knife

As a fishing guide I get lot's of practice with a fillet knife and Ugly Stick makes a great knife. I thought it a bit on the large size till I used it and now it's the first knife I grab when cleaning fish. The handle is great wit h a positive grip that is never slippery like most fillet knives. I have used it every day and still never sharpened it

    Fine Filet Knife

I have many filet knives, some very good ones, but this knife will replace all. For large or small fish this is my go to blade. The handle works perfectly in my hand. The blade is very sharp and filets both large catfish or good sized bream with ease.

    Great filleting knife

When you buy a knife to clean fish I look for a knife that's long enough for the average fish I expect to clean. The blade must be flexible to allow me to feel each bone. The handle

can't be slippery when wet or slimy. And it has to hold an edge. This knife didn't disappoint.

    Tuff with a superior grip

Living in Lousiana I use a fillet knife on a wide variety of fish. My smaller fillet knife has lated me a while and is perfect for perch and sac-a-lait but my larger knife broke after a session of cleaning 23 redfish. The 9-inch blade on the flex knife makes a difference. It's suprisingly thin and is able to bend without breaking. Coming off of a wooden handle fillet knife the grip stood out to me and I'm able to hold a firm grip even though the slime. Also the sharpener is a bonus! Great knife so far!
